They always close early, and there's never a doctor there. Don't waste your time.
I wouldn’t go here again. I would rather drive to Windsor or London in search of a better walk-in clinic… it’s confusing and disorganized. I waited for an hour and a half and ended up leaving because I was left in the exam room by myself without clear instructions on what was going on. Apparently I was supposed to be waiting for a doctor to call me on the computer over video chat, but that wasnt communicated well (if at all). Need to have actual hours posted....I sent someone there (walking) to a dark and locked place, 11am on a Saturday. Sign on the window said Mon-Fri 9am-2pm , hours listed on the comp website, open am till early evening weekdays and open am till early afternoon on Saturdays :(
Says open 930am to 3pm, went at 1045am and was told "it's not on" today
Previous appointments were great. My kids are too young to see a physician, and I can not book appointments for them. (This review was from 7 months ago) Updating for most recent visit. Was charged to see the nurse, who said I needed to see the doctor through the online portal. Was charged for that, too. The doctor said he was concerned and wanted to send me to a surgeon/specialist. I was charged for the referal that he wanted. Went to pay and asked for a detailed breakdown for insurance and records, and I was refused. I sai... read more
