The Kiosk no longer exists, but the Pharmacist here is awesome and very helpful
I do not have an issue with the physical MD Connected walk in clinic but their online service is a joke. Found out in the middle of November that they still did not fax 4 referrals they gave me back in July. Once I asked about it I was told I was being rude and banned from the service. Not one person will call me back to rectify the situation and I've emailed 8 times, called about 6 left voicemail. Horrible horrible service.

Excellent service. Took time to review and make sure that I was reassured.
I’ve only ever been there one time. It stood out to me however, just how helpful and efficient the laddies behind the pharmacy counter were. I don’t live in forest and was only in town for a meeting the day I was there. I needed some medication and it was fairly urgent that I get it quickly. I didn’t tell them that though. Without being aware of the urgency, they got in touch with my usual pharmacy in London on my behalf to get my healthcare benefits info from them so they could direct bill for me as I didn’t have it with me... read more
