No customer service at ALL. I paid 50 in advance and the appointment is eventually cancelled. So of course I request the refund. However, I tried every channel (phone call, online chat, different email addresses) to send such request, there is NO response from anyone at all, and it's been more than 10 days now. I can't imagine they can be that unprofessional regarding customer service. And you can't handle the most basis use case regarding payment & billing... How is that even possible for a modern business??

Use tia health... Or rocket doctor. Switched from these guys, after experiencing their dismissive, abrasive, rude doctors. Stay clear from these guys! They're just trying to get $$$ off of your health.

I used the service twice in the last 6 months. On both general consultations, prescribed drugs never made it to the destination pharmacy and I was not able to get any support for MD Connected. These are cases of wasted time and effort and course government/tax payer money since I am sure they billed for the consults and provided no value to the patient. In the screenshot you will see how 3 mins at MD Connected means over 3 hours.

These people have the worst communication services ever. They say they usually reply under 5 minutes but it takes around 1hr to get any kind of response from them. They deserve no star!!

Only attend remotely. suddenly stop answering, and don't give any explanation of why they won't make appointments. Not professional at all.
