This is the most Unprofessional Doctor not caring bipolar, is all ever since he had his stroke, he doesn't know what he's doing.He needs to get his doctor's license revoked I never did anything wrong I was happy I found someone that could help me with pain until he lost his mind
I have seen different pain doctors, as I have lived in different places, Dr Ulseth great. Straight forward, no beating around the bush or candy coating, just a straight up guy. I have the utmost respect for him and his staff, couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you Doctor for my above GREAT care.
Incompetent! UNJUSTIFIED PATIENT ABANDOMENT. Received following text after I made a 45 minute round trip to his office.This entire incident came about because of issues diagnoses of new health issues that could life threatening and is very painful! By the way I have been a good patient in this clinic about six years now,urine screens all good, pill counts good and most of the time I had plenty more than I was supposed to have. I had my 1st visit with Dr.Ulseth on June 26th 2020. Dr Ulseth spent over an hour with me and was direct with his plan. I am pleased with the service and plan Dr. Ulseth laid out for me. I will update as time progresses with me and Dr. Ulseth.
