If I could give ZERO STARS I would. They are incredibly disorganized and very rude. My husband goes here and his doctor is constantly shaming him even though he’s losing weight. He berates him at every appointment and the staff is so rude when trying to make or reschedule appointments. They are awful.

PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! This Shreveport office and Kelsey at MD clinics in particular are very rude and disorganized. The office constantly mis-manages appointments and schedules and takes absolutely not accountability. They have had incorrect information in my charts, and were unable to provided treatment because the nurses were incapable of performing simple task like administering IV treatments. I'm torn because Dr. Pokhrel is so amazing! He takes his time to explain everything to me, he's very attentive to my health and I really appreciate him as my doctor. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side has been a complete nightmare. It took me months to get my first appointment because I kept getting different stories depending on who I spoke to at the front desk, and some of them were very rude to me. If I can put zero stars ,I would ! I have a referral from my doctor (tricare prime ) in April , I called to try set an appointment, couldn’t get through and was told to leave a message and they will get back to me . Well no return call , I called again and again and again still no response, so when I finally got a hold of someone in June ! I was told they don’t have my referral, so I called my insurance and told them about the issue, I was told they send it out April !
