Oh my goodness I wish I could give them 10 stars. Everyone at MD Choice Hospice was fabulous and treated us with such kindness and love. I contacted them on a Saturday morning with the hope of bringing my Mom home from a SNF so she could pass away peacefully at home. The person I spoke with said someone would call me and within an hour I received a call from Dina (who is fabulous).
