They billed me incorrectly for an office visit even though I came in for my annual and charged me for a copay. I didn’t have any complaints just came in for routine bloodwork and check up. They collected a copay before I left even though an annual wellness visit is supposed to be free. It just feels like dishonest practice.
I was told that you guys have a web portal for results but I can’t seem to find it
Great service! The doctor, Gina, was extremely friendly and helpful. She addressed my concerns enthusiastically and thoroughly.
The staff was friendly, the wait time was fast. I had an early morning appointment, and I was in and out in no time at all. The nurse practitioner (Gina) was great, very sweet and actually felt like she cared. I highly recommend MD Care now.
