I'm very picky when it comes to mechanics have been screwed over many times. He's honest and direct and does great work.
Rob saved the day. My car broke down almost 2 hours from home and he was able to refer me to a tow truck service, complete the repair, and had me back on the road in under 3 hours. He’s a consummate professional and was transparent with me about the issues and the costs associated with the repair. His pricing was more than fair, my car’s repair didn’t warrant any expensive parts to get back on the road, even so Rob still didn’t mark up the price as some sort of “minimum charge” like some mechanics would have.
