Rob saved the day. My car broke down almost 2 hours from home and he was able to refer me to a tow truck service, complete the repair, and had me back on the road in under 3 hours. He’s a consummate professional and was transparent with me about the issues and the costs associated with the repair. His pricing was more than fair, my car’s repair didn’t warrant any expensive parts to get back on the road, even so Rob still didn’t mark up the price as some sort of “minimum charge” like some mechanics would have. Rude customer service wouldn’t help repair truck. Well, I did contact you but clearly you do not remember or just don’t want to admit that.. Sad that you just wanted to lose business because your insurance wouldn’t allow it to replace spark plugs. As I have already found another place willing to do so. And I clearly know that it has Falls that you do not allow customers to bring their own parts because that is evident by your shop.
Rob is definitely the best mechanic in Fayetteville. He diagnosed my vehicle quickly and fixed it quickly. His prices are great.
