I am very happy with the work that MD auto did on my car, but the only complaint I would have was 1) I think it took longer than it should have, and 2) they should’ve told me right up front that the service was going to take at least a week. Also, twice they pushed back the completion date so it took nearly two weeks to get my car back. A bit frustrating. From a customer service standpoint the towing staff was great and Matt was always polite and professional.
