We stumbled upon MD at Home while looking to change providers for a homebound family member. During the call they asked for the Medicare information and scheduled an appointment for a few weeks out. We researched the doctors name (Agnes Flaum) that was scheduled to come to our home. Turns out that this doctor has medical board actions against her in Illinois and felony drug charges from Colorado Springs where she worked before moving to Illinois. They do not answer the phone or email messages. Still cannot get access to lab test results or written visit summary. They send out nurses and all sorts of other unrequested consultations such as dietary and podiatry providers, just so that they can extra bill Medicare. They order these extra services without consulting the patient, and pretend that it is medically necessary. We still cannot get access to medical records or the names of who is actually providing the care.

AVOID! This appears to be a scam. They contact you through your hospital/provider and gather information. They set up an appointment and never show up. Nobody answers their phones. We set a date for a doctor to arrive but never received an appointment time. Nobody showed. And nobody answered their phones. We notified our insurance company. AVOID!
