We have been to MD Ann Arbor 3 times in the past years. We have never had to wait for service and they have gotten my son (non-life threatening issues) back to a room within minutes even without an appointment. It is very clean and twice we have walked into have the receptionist disinfecting the waiting room. The staff have all spent a lot of time with us, and make sure they have covered all our concerns. It has been a pleasant experience on all three times visiting.
After a very bad experience at another urgent care, I went here. I was treated professionally from the reception and assistant staff to the nurse practitioner. She sutured my laceration and had me in and out in 30 minutes. The place was immaculate. Highly recommend.
Came in for severe cough and chest pain. No receptionist, someone came from a back room and said “someone will be there”. I sat down, 10 minutes goes by and the same person gave me a consent form to sign. I wait 10 more minutes, no one greeted me, no one came to speak with me. I was the only person in the waiting room and I was not able to be seen. Do not go to this location.
Did my dot physical and they are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend coming here!
