I went there for a second opinion for my cancer diagnosis this past week. I feel so much better after seeing them. Every single person we interacted with at MD Anderson treated me with kindness. No doctor or nurse rushed us at any point, answering all questions to our satisfaction. I have a much more positive outlook on my outcome after seeing them.

I had the honor and privilege of being treated at MD ANDERSON and Dr. Frank. I just celebrated one year of remission and thankful for the best Dr's and staff in the world

MD Anderson Billing Dept. needs to get their act together. After 6 phone calls and formal complaints to Patient Advocacy, I am still getting billed for services when my husband was on life support in another Hospital!

We have never seen such a well run hospital in every aspect from arrival to departure. We have made forever friends with so many employees that cared for Gary. We completed 10 feedback cards regarding members of the team that cared for him. Before I could turn over the cards, the nurse handed us a thank you card with many signatures on it. Both of us cr... read more

Very disappointed in such a high ranking institute. After sending my fathers records out there and waiting to get an appointment we were told that because his bilirubin was greater than 2 he would not be able to be seen by MD Anderson. My father has cirrhosis caused by Hepatitis C and liver cancer. So basically anyone who has any underlying liver disease with a bilirubin greater than 2 don't waste your time trying to get an appointment to be seen. What a huge disservice for someone trying to fight cancer and look for other t... read more
