Everything is well done. Everyone is so thoughtful! Everyone is so nice! I highly recommend staying at the Rotary House Hotel. Having a nice place to stay within the hospital is one less thing to worry about. It is so convenient!

MD Anderson said I had to pay all of my deductible and out of pocket expenses before I could get my scan and see my doctor. I paid them almost $8000 in Jan. of 2018. I found out my insurance had paid everything. I had to call MD to find out about my money. I was only reimbursed $5800. They still owe me over $1800. After 4 emails and several phone calls, I still don’t have all of my money. I have other medical bills to pay. Very sad when they steal money from cancer patients!!! Think twice before giving them any money!!
