We were never so scared . We switched surgeons the week before my moms surgery was scheduled to Dr .Hanson . Best decision ever!! She has the best side manner. She really cares about her patients and is a great surgeon . All of her MAs were very nice along with the receptionist. Mary the nurse navigator was always there to help with anything we needed. We thought they made a terrible experience as pleasant as possible. The staff was very compassionate and caring! Nobody wants to be at a cancer center, but if you have to go, go to this one!
I think it's a disgrace that I'm being charged an $86 "facility " fee every time I see my doctor! I will fight these charges and, if necessary, report this to the papers and local TV stations. Shame on you!
Aside from the ride up there (legs being bent in car) the staff starting right from the door at the information center are helpful and uplifing.
