Mike is very professional. He beat several other companies on replacement of my HVAC system by at least $700. After the install I noticed my condo still wasn't cooling down very well. He came back and found that some of the duct work had detached over time. The condo was built in 1995 by hills, so that doesn't surprise me. He climbed up in the attic area and reconnected everything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing service or replacement.
Don't waste your time with this contractor. Mike (the owner) was not honest with me. He said he was going to install a Bell and Gossett boiler pump, quoted me a price, and then proceeded to install a Taco pump, which costs quite a bit less, without communicating the change to me. After I discovered the switch he made, he offered to come back, take his pump out, and give me my money back but I declined since I didn't want him back in my house messing with my boiler.
