company needs a new receptionist !! I called for a bid for dryer vent cleaning for a 132 unit apartment building and the lady seem confused on what i was saying like she doesn't know what a (BID ESTIMATE) Was. ..Then she proceeds to stay silent on the phone for a good minute or so with no answers for me!!!! Not good for business if you have a receptionist that does not know what a bid is and proceeds to stay silent on the phone with no answers!
