Dr Orringer is arrogant, self important and not well versed in respiratory illness. He was meant to see a family member and refused them care. Made some unnecessary and uneducated comments including stating that ‘Asthma can’t cause a cough’ and when he didn’t feel that a questionnaire was filled out to his satisfaction asked ‘He was in the military and he can’t even fill out a form?’. Lack of empathy and professionalism. Should not be in patient care. 0 stars if I could.
Doc O was amazing, gentle and patient with my 7 year old daughter.. Support staff Marie was beyond welcoming and just as patient!! Definitely going back!!
As a business owner it’s great to know I have MD Acute oversee an employee if they’re not feeling well, dizzy or overheated. The feeling of being assured, the health and safety of my employees is in the forefront of my mind with the care of the doctors here. They have been consistent, kind, well, educated, understanding, and empathetic. I highly recommend for personal or business. This is a great resource for anyone you care about!
MD Acute has a respectful kind staff. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate, which difficult to find these days. The office and rooms were very clean. I definitely will go here again if I need to. Thank you so much!
This hidden gem tucked away on Carondelet Drive could very possibly become your go-to place for all urgent-care or vaccination needs. Walk-ins are welcome for COVID or flu vaccines, appointments are needed for COVID testing, but everything is handled in a friendly & professional manner. The staff has an incredible knack for putting you completely at ease & making your visit as comfortable as possible.
