The best company you can go with.
The owner literally showed up at my house and knocked on my door to argue with me about a past due bill. While I understand the bill was past due, these actions were so unprofessional and the worst experience I have ever encountered with a company in my life
When the fuel line to my furnace froze last winter, McWherter were the only ones that were able to come out the same day and get my heat working again. I wasn’t even purchasing fuel from them at the time. I am now. They also worked with me on making payments on my account since fuel is so expensive at the moment. We’re out of town and got a low temperature alert from our security service. Called McWherter and they came immediately to check. Immediately went to home and did a temporary solution and then fixed the problem later same day. Communicated well. Very thankful.
We've been ordering heating fuel from McWherter Petroleum since 2010, and we always got the fuel delivered fast! And reasonably priced. It is always a pleasure to talk on the phone with the owner as well :) Thank you!
