Brought my 7year old to Dr. Filpo for an eye exam. She was very good with my daughter and did a very thorough exam. I was more than pleased!
I seen a female person who really treated me unkind . She dilated my eyes and put the drops in without numbing my eyes when I said it stung and hurt like fire I could feel the pain and pressure she proceeded as if to say just take it I wasn’t ready for the second burn drop yet she kept insisting on me getting it I thought they were supposed to put the numbing drops in .. so fast forward she said I had dry eyes I don’t know what happened between seeing her that day and a day later I wound up with an eye infection horrible nev... read more
