I saw Dr. North and the MCW team for recurring inverted papilloma revision surgery. She carefully listened to my medical history and new symptoms, and scoped my sinus at the same visit revealing a large tumor. Additional scans and eventually surgery were quickly scheduled and went very well. Dr. North took time to update my family during surgery and explained after surgery after care plan. Pretty much the worst experience I've had with a doctor/ doctor's office to date. After waiting more than an hour I was ushered inside to a room where I continued to wait for an outrageous amount of time. I never even saw the doctor but he advised his nurse (or other version of a non-MD holding medical professional) to give me some scoping weird procedure.
