They are just trying to get money out of your pocket. I went for a leg pain and they filled it as foot pain and now the insurance doesn’t pay for these visits. I called insurance and the VCU said they will revise that but the billing department yet sends the same bill and I didn’t get any updates but just same bills. I didn’t expect this from VCU health. Already the insurance is screwing people and now vcu health has joined them too. Great job!!
