Renting from was a fair experience. When there was a Maintnance issue with the unit, it fixed in a reasonable time. The only complaint was we didn’t get the security deposit back even though we fulfilled our terms lease. So if you rent or plan on renting from Bill Borgo be prepared on not getting the security money.
