Daryl is the owner of this establishment and is quite the slimeball. I decided to give the local guy a chance to have my business. I usually go to Bay City Cabinets to order my cabinets and wish I would have. I went to his store to order 2 cabinets for my bathroom. I was okay with paying extra for the cabinets I ordered because I did not want to drive to Tampa and waste time. the cabinets were about 200 dollars more than I would have paid at Bay City Cabinets but I was already there. RecommendedQuality work! Traveled all the way to Riverview, FL to install our carpet! The staff were prompt and got the job done in 2 hours! Amazing amazing amazing work! We are in love with how it turned out! 10/10 would recommend! We will be getting our vinyl floors done soon! It was WORTH the travel!
So disappointed ! Job started bad with really poor installers,,, got another one ... job almost complete. Duane is a nice guy, smooth talker but my job is not finished and no return calls. Just another contractor that gets paid and forgets.. 🙁🙁🙁🙁
This review is written by Bob Scheuerman (senior citizen and veteran). I had Mcswain install approximately 1000 sq. ft. of flooring which cost over $6000. The floor lifted in several places. I called Mcswain and spoke to Joe. He said he would contact a sub-contractor and call me back. he never called back. I made approximately 10 different calls and was never called back. The OWNER is a ****. When we seen the finished product I called to ask about the 1/4" space that was not covered or filled at all under the door frames. The owner was NEVER available. He always had his other sales guy take care of it. I sent him pics of what it looked like and that there were some flooring that was overlapped and hurt the foot when running over it. Very rude customer didn't want to lift a finger is right thought installer was their maid and there to move their dirty cloths, and full fish tanks after they were told what they needed to move prior to install. Didn't do anything but complain about every contractor that they had dealt within the past. As for the door jams we didn't cut them and can not add wood to them.
