As a long time Costco customer, we were relieved that they partnered up with McSwain flooring. We worked with Morgan & she was eager to help, pleasant, & worked hard to meet my expectations..esp when we were committing to a large sum of $. Very happy with everyone we worked with, including the installers, they were fantastic! Definitely recommend.
Working with Alexandra was great. She took the time to listen to our preferences and work from there. There was never any “hard sell”. She also kept us informed of the progress from start to finish. The installers were polite and did a decent job. The only complaint was that they failed to ensure the sliding closet doors were reinstalled properly which let to having to take them completely out and start over.
Never had the most traumatizing and awful experience like I did with McSwain Carpet & Floors. It happened with my first order with McSwain on Tylersville Road, West Chester for my carpet. I received a call that my carpet was ready for pick up, sent the installer to pick up the carpet and was told the carpet is not ready for pick up. This delayed my installation. We had a great experience. Jana Mullins truly was the best!! She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful. Our carpet was bought, installed, and finished in the very best efficient way Would definitely highly recommend !
We are very happy with McSwain’s carpet and flooring on Tylersville Road. Alexandra was very knowledgeable with all of the products and was patient with us as we worked through the process. We purchased flooring as well as some carpet just waiting for both to be installed. Would recommend McSwains to anyone to change/upgrade their flooring!
