Great, fast, friendly customer service (Alexandra Gregory) that answered all of my carpet and project questions and was no-pressure sales. I would definitely recommend the Tylersville Rd. location and the products McSwain has to offer!
We had a great experience with our salesperson, Morgan, and that experience continued with our installers, Fernando Evangelista and Alex. They removed existing carpeting and padding in our living room, dining room and stairs and then replaced everything with our new pad and carpeting…all within three hours. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Thanks, McSwain Carpeting…we will be back!
Alexandra was so wonderful to deal with! She was knowledgeable and very responsive. Jeff our installer did an amazing job!!! He was here for 13 hours completing the work. Our flooring looks amazing. We would recommend this McSwain location to anyone who wants quality work done and knowledgeable sales associates.
As a long time Costco customer, we were relieved that they partnered up with McSwain flooring. We worked with Morgan & she was eager to help, pleasant, & worked hard to meet my expectations..esp when we were committing to a large sum of $. Very happy with everyone we worked with, including the installers, they were fantastic! Definitely recommend.
Working with Alexandra was great. She took the time to listen to our preferences and work from there. There was never any “hard sell”. She also kept us informed of the progress from start to finish. The installers were polite and did a decent job. The only complaint was that they failed to ensure the sliding closet doors were reinstalled properly which let to having to take them completely out and start over.
