I met with Jana Mullins at the West Chester, OH locale sans an appointment, just a walk-in. She was very knowledgable of the flooring I was inquring about. Jana was also professional and delightfully personable. Will see how phase 2 goes. :)
Janna Mullins was very knowledgable about carpets and helped me select the perfect carpet for my second floor.
Great, fast, friendly customer service (Alexandra Gregory) that answered all of my carpet and project questions and was no-pressure sales. I would definitely recommend the Tylersville Rd. location and the products McSwain has to offer!
We had a great experience with our salesperson, Morgan, and that experience continued with our installers, Fernando Evangelista and Alex. They removed existing carpeting and padding in our living room, dining room and stairs and then replaced everything with our new pad and carpeting…all within three hours. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Thanks, McSwain Carpeting…we will be back!
Alexandra was so wonderful to deal with! She was knowledgeable and very responsive. Jeff our installer did an amazing job!!! He was here for 13 hours completing the work. Our flooring looks amazing. We would recommend this McSwain location to anyone who wants quality work done and knowledgeable sales associates.
