My entire experience was wonderful, from the sales person being very knowledgeable and patient as I was choosing my carpet selection to the installation! Everything was top-notch!
Mcswain mason provided excellent service and flooring. I couldn't be happier with the floor sanding and staining as well as the hardwood install. The logistics for installing new hardwood floor with sanding old floor and installing new steps worked out quite well. I liked that I got the pre finished wood which made it easier on me and I was able to be in the house each evening. The sales team worked together helpfully. Scott was great to work with and very professional! The whole process of resanding and finishing our hardwood floors was seamless. In less than two weeks, we were using our new floor! The finishing guys were neat and timely. The outcome was a beautiful floor. Thank you all!
