Excellent showroom service - just the facts with no high pressure sales or up-charging. Ordering and scheduling processes went smoothly. Installers were professional, checking over their own work.
I was happy with the service and how most since of the employees went out of their way to help me. One employee was not very helpful but overall a good experience.
Really enjoyed working with PJ at the Beavercreek store. He helped us out by coming to our home with samples and providing his input re: choice of pattern, color, and fabric quality. The installers, Neal and Brian were also very professional and thorough!
Great service from Terry at Beavercreek! Excited to see final result once installed later this month.
Mike and Gio were prompt, professional and courteous. They did a great job installing carpet in two bedrooms and moved a lot of furniture!
