The worst customer service possible. Walk in, woman can’t even bother to look up from her phone at her little desk area to greet or answer a question until directly in front of her. No one else in the store, so no excuse. She acted completely annoyed to be inconvenienced to do her job while at work. Don’t waste your time here.
My brother in law worked for McSwain Carpets and recommended them to us and we are very satisfied with their fantastic service and friendly helpful staff. Our stair runner and basement carpet look amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and I recommend them 100%.
Thomas Rider did an excellent job. He made sure everything pleased us and also cleaned up everything when he left.
Recently, we had carpeting replaced on our stairs. In the past, we had negative experiences with carpet replacement with another installer. I was dreading the process. However, our experiences with McSwain Carpets & Floors were great. Brooke was helpful and communicative during carpet selection and ordering. Kelvin S. was outstanding as an installer.
