Excellent showroom service - just the facts with no high pressure sales or up-charging. Ordering and scheduling processes went smoothly. Installers were professional, checking over their own work.
I was happy with the service and how most since of the employees went out of their way to help me. One employee was not very helpful but overall a good experience.
Really enjoyed working with PJ at the Beavercreek store. He helped us out by coming to our home with samples and providing his input re: choice of pattern, color, and fabric quality. The installers, Neal and Brian were also very professional and thorough!
