Our sales person, Kim and the installers were wonderful. I love my carpet!!!
The crew that sanded and stained the installed wood flooring did an excellent job. They were very detailed in their work and made sure the plastic sheeting was in place to contain any dust that was created from entering other parts of the home, they even blocked the vents and cold air return. Jason Clement who came the next did an excellent job explaining the polyurethane process and what I could do to blend in the sheen on the existing hardwood flooring. Excellent job well done.
Installers were great, completed job quickly and high quality. Flooring was excellent.
Tldr: quality flooring, but after many McSwain management/ordering errors, my flooring install is still not completed 2 months and many phone calls later. Two stars because the flooring is high quality, and most of the installers that we interacted with were great, but the overall management of the project has been a disaster. Working with McSwain’s made this part of our home renovation a breeze. Dan came the day we closed- through a blizzard- to measure for the carpet installation. Kim was so helpful and knowledgeable- she worked with our original, tight timeline and was up-front about the risk of working with the asbestos tile (which ended up not being an issue).
