Kim was great at the Blue Ash location. Answered all my questions and asked me a bunch of questions regarding my project to learn more about the vision I had in mind. Highly recommend Kim and the Blue Ash store.

The crew that sanded and stained the installed wood flooring did an excellent job. They were very detailed in their work and made sure the plastic sheeting was in place to contain any dust that was created from entering other parts of the home, they even blocked the vents and cold air return. Jason Clement who came the next did an excellent job explaining the polyurethane process and what I could do to blend in the sheen on the existing hardwood flooring. Excellent job well done.
Installers were great, completed job quickly and high quality. Flooring was excellent.
Tldr: quality flooring, but after many McSwain management/ordering errors, my flooring install is still not completed 2 months and many phone calls later. Two stars because the flooring is high quality, and most of the installers that we interacted with were great, but the overall management of the project has been a disaster.
