When I used Mike McStay he promised to do exactly what was on the insurance adjusters sheet. We got struck by lightning and had a lot of damage. They didn’t even replace the piece of wood on my roof with a hole in it from the lightning. Nothing but shortcuts from his crew and they even just went and grabbed my material from my garage.
