Absolutely the most half assed apartment build I’ve ever lived in!!! I’ve been in construction for over 30 years and the list on poor workmanship and attention to any such detail of what McShane did at this property is endless!! The worst!! From hardware, cracked quartz counters, shitty installation and damage to cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom, windows all different sizes, inappropriate fitting of blinds, gaps, flooring glue swirls from application applied incorrectly, boards sticking up and glue leaking up from piece... read more
McShane and their trade partners are some of the lowest standard construction in the industry. There is no question as to why they were delayed months on receiving a certificate of occupancy. Absolutely EVERYTHING in this complex was left unfinished - on a NEW BUILD. -Sub-flooring is not level. -Vinyl flooring is lifting and exposes subfloor. -Vinyl flooring is scratched and scuffed.- -Walls are bowed and framing is off anywhere from 1/2" to 1". -Drywall/stucco patching everywhere. -Tile work is sub-par, caulking and grout i... read more
Had a bad experience with this company and one of their project managers in the past. Today, one of their drivers in a truck just ran me off the road and flicked me off. Not smart to drive like that in a branded car. What’s up with these guys!?
Ive lived at the place this company has been in charge of at Soltra. Absolute joke. I have pictures and videos. Wish i could post them.
