Avoid EVERY building managed by this agent. I constantly live in fear that this place might collapse. It's spring and what is spring known for? Rain and wind. The whole building wobbles. We have water leaking in from simple RAIN, imagine a hurricane. It's very obvious that the metal beams holding this building up is rusting because brown stains are all over the walls. NOTHING gets taken cared of. It's jewish owned. Precisely why jewish people get a bad reputation.
Absolutely terrible, negligent management company. I spent 4 years in an apartment that got exponentially more unlivable each year. I documented the issues and constantly reached out to MCS for help. The problems were either ignored or quick cheap fixes were done. Eventually the cockroach infestation, constant leaks, and rodents in the ceilings and walls made the apartment completely unlivable.
