This lender is absolutely terrible. The loan officer, Darren Lum was very green and unsupported . Our buyer was FHA and he knew that but did not start the FHA application until 2 months after we went to contract , knowing the process takes time. The buyer was subsequently conveyed to Conventional but was not made aware of her closing costs due to the 3% max on a sellers concession. We found this out after we finally made direct contact with the buyer ourselves who told us the lender didn't explain the process as it seems he ... read more
