Never again I will never walk in to that place again. The 'tech' was rude, and seemed to know far less than I. To cover up his lack of knowledge, he would bark out, "Why do you want to do that?" or "Why can't you just do this." My MB and Graphics card are setup to output sound and video through an HDMI cable. For some reason, my sound stopped working. Before I could explain this, the 'tech' barked out, "Why don't you just get a sound card and output the sound that way?" Great Repairs This place is great. I have taken our computer in twice for upgrades and repairs. We were thinking of getting a new computer but were told an upgrade would be fine, WOW!! someone not out for a buck, now thats service..........Best prices around

Mcs Our family has had Msc do our computer repairs for several years. They will give you a fair price and the work is done correctly. It sometimes takes a while to get your computer back but I have never had to go back.

LIARS, Will try to cheat you Took my wife's computer in for a hard drive repair. They replaced it then proceeded to tell me that the pin was loose in the laptop and was going to completely stop working, it would be 80 dollars to tear it back down and fix it. Well, they were right about the stop working part, just blatantly lied about the reason. They wanted to try and soak another 80 bucks out of me for a power cord! A $10.00 fix on Ebay. Go figure, liars and cheats.

great service For many years I have used MCS o rmy computer needs. from buying to repairs. I have always had good busineess with them, the employees are very helpful in fixing your problems or selling the computer that is right for you. I have had my computer there for upgrades also. Great service and the best prices in town.

MCS COMPUTERS BIG RIP OFF STAY AWAY Warning! 2011 to 2012 Warning! This is the !st review I've ever written. But I must warn you of shady, crooked, negative business dealings. Stay away from MCS Computers! My 500 gateway laptop was sold by company without notifying me by phone or mail. All that was due was 25.00 dollars diagnostic fee and they sold my computer and never returned my anti virus software. There will be a legal matter pending the conclusion of this review. They promised me I would receive a phone call before any... read more
