The office staffs are horrible they should not be working at the clinic rude customer service.

Was lucky enough that my parents found an amazing doctor’s office after months and months of searching. They are new to the big island and have had a lot of trouble finding a doctor willing to work with them and staff that was friendly and made them feel comfortable. My partner and I both really liked Dr. McReynolds himself - he is a great Doctor that listens to his patients and works with them. The reason for the single star review is for his staff - they are extremely rude, unprofessional, and they silence the phone when it rings most of the time. They don't respond to messages when you leave them, and they are extremely judgemental and not well educated. They ended up dropping my partner as a patient for a "presumptuous positive" drug screening for PCP. They didn't even screen his uri... read more
