Feel very wronged. I called this place seems like awesome places to rent these guys didn't get back to me for over a week just to tell me if I'm eligible or not. I called everyday and she said it's a family business and they were on vacation totally acceptable except they don't have a answering machine so you can't leave messages I voiced my concerned and said I feel like your not even sorry and I've been trying to find a place she kept cutting me off and hung up on me. Excellent Apartments, newly renovated and a portion of the building provides Bed & Breakfast services.
The 2nd star is only for their staff personel example their property management team secretary/maintenance crew(not the mcknights themselves) just the people who work for them and all they have to accommodate to follow there orders.)Renting from them is awful, they violated there end of the lease, try to overcharge on utilities and blame you for this when bringing it up to them.
