Good gym with some outdoor options as well. They have good music playing and tvs with sports on in the larger indoor area lifting area. Upstairs has tvs, some additional machines, and a relaxation room, but is primarily for cardio. Two vending machines that take cards are available at the main entrance with protein drinks in case you forget it. They have saunas in the locker rooms, which seem to work pretty consistent.

This gym is no longer open 24 hours a day. Also, when it's late on certain days, the gym is all yours practically. I love doing bench here. I maxed out at 200 lbs. Sorry they don't allow photos here

They seem to have a lot of problems with hot water lately but the saunas in the locker rooms seem to work pretty consistent.

Pretty solid little base gym. Has everything you need to cover the basics between free weight and the usual machines. Even some platforms for Olympic lifts and a functional fitness area outside. The no chalk rule seems a little weird but it keeps it a little cleaner I guess. The sauna, while functional, was not very warm. But at least they have one which is nice.
