I had an excellent experience at McRae Ford in Jacksonville last week. Joe was friendly and professional and got me into a brand new car with a low interest rate and payments that fit my wallet. Becky was extremely polite and a pleasure to work with regarding finances and getting the final approval process done. Overall, the customer service was great and made the experience of getting a new car quick and easy. Highly recommend!
car was there 2 weeks and they didnt do anything to it , so I took it to another shop ,😡
I cannot say enough good things about Joe Smith. He went above and beyond to find my wife and I the Explorer we were looking for. We were able to handle everything over the phone/e-mail and I was in and out in around an hour to sign the paperwork. Becky in finance was wonderful as well. Unlike a lot of dealers who play games - the entire process with Bill McRae Ford was honest, upfront, and transparent.

Just moved to the area and needed repairs on my Ford Explorer. The service department went above and beyond to get me the help I needed and didn’t charge me a dime for my mistake! After our horrible experience at another dealership my husband and I felt a bit like giving up on going to another but Dawn,Becky, and all of the crew turned that all around for us! They are all very welcoming and nice. What a great experience we had at this dealership. No pressure and did everything they could to put us in the Explorer we wanted at the payments we needed! Thank y'all so much for such a great experience! We love our new to us car!
