If you are thinking of buying a used automobile at this dealership, PLEASE make sure you have an independent mechanic fully check out the automobile first!!! Lesson learned with this poor experience with McRae Ford in Jacksonville, TX.
I first visited Bill McRae 12 years ago and bought a new Mustang. Today makes the 4th vehicle I have purchased and I am not disappointed. I always receive top notch customer service from a great group of folks. Thank you Tim Herrick for helping me get exactly what I wanted.
