Shanda is amazing!!! As a first time home owner, Shanda did an excellent job of walking me through the process. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, relatable, responsive, and has great energy. You can tell she actually enjoys her job. My home buying experience was pretty smooth but the few hiccups we ran into with the builder, Shanda was able to handle quickly.
