Please read your contract very carefully. It is very one sided in their favor. They will rob you blind. Very unethical business practices. Recently I had a tenant who was over $12,000 in arears. Client paid $8,500 in order to avoid eviction. MCR kept $2,600 made themselves whole for late fees which in the contract they have a very small box checked that you forfeit to MCR. I do not recommend this company from personal experience but each to their own maybe they will treat you better. Goodluck.

Two stars because people were sent quickly to cover up the issues we complained about. The house had constant mold issues even though I cleaned with bleach once a week, windows pulled away from the walls, there was flooding every winter in the crawl space leading to mosquitoes later, mice in the garage, and excessive water use from the mandated sprinklers. We had a wonderful experience with MCR Property Management. Diane and Barbara are great. We were very well taken care of renting, and recently we bought our house with help of MCR Real Estate and Property Management. Diane Gallagher is very knowledgeable and helpful realtor.
