MCR was who installed our pool, so we used their company when we bought our home, however, service is VERY poor. The techs sit in the shade, when confronted they state they have a specific amount of time to be at the property. The only service they did was chemical adding. They didnt scrub or complete most of the tasks that were in the weekly check list. I took video and photos. I asked service manager about the service and at the end of the season our water was icky.
