Worst place ever cheap Chinese parts put together with incompetents 2 year warranty on starter generator for golf cart no no warranty first told regulator bad regulator fine then told must have been wired backwards how do you do that one then was pretty much told if I wanted to waste my money to ship it back I can company is only after your money no customer satisfaction whatsoever
When the starter I ordered got here it would not engage. Contacted MRC and all I have gotten is the runaround. I have sent the item back and am trying to get answers on their part and no one will answer my emails. Please be careful buying from this site. If you have a problem with their product your in trouble trying to get them to make it right. 😪🤨
What a joke. I was sent a art that was not as pictured. I was wanting a sealed marine solenoid. What I got was bare metal and not at all marinized. It cost me 16 dollars to return the part and was told that there is a disclaimer in each ad saying the part you get may not be as pictured. Order a starter and get an alternator, Oh well I guess they are covered. Do not buy the golf cart starter generator, they are pure junk! They also advertise a 2 year warranty, they do not say only one replacement in the 2 year period. And you have to pay return shipping.Purchased starter generator , lasted 6 weeks , the replacement one only lasted 2 weeks. My cart has been checked out by professionals and other than a junk replacement starter generator is functioning properly. They do not rebuild , they sell junk!
Worst service ever! Never use this company they don’t know how to treat customers and claim that all their products are great when in reality they are after market junk!
Do not use this company! I bought a starter for my golf cart, installed it and it didn't work, tried calling and didn't get help. I then emailed, was told to file a warranty claim and they told me if it's been installed they wouldn't exchange it!
