I am extremely pleased with MCR. I called MCR after not being happy with another company in town and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, their service was excellent. The team was incredibly kind and helpful. They were prompt and efficient, completing the job in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. If you're looking for a reliable AND honest heating and cooling company, MCR is the way to go!
MCR stands by their work. I would highly recommend this company. Met me at house on time. Efficiently worked and explained all things. Didn't force up-sales and went above expected house call. Fixed furnace quickly and with experience and knowledge of product. Home inspector was not knowledgeable about what he checked and misinformed buyer. Learned its best to hire professional to inspect each item of home independently. Home inspector poorly trained on code safe limits that change frequently.
