This office has been the office of my PCP for years. I called 10 days ago to schedule a annual follow-up with my provider, and request a refill of blood pressure medication to get me through until I got the call back from the office and got scheduled. I told by the person I was speaking with that he cannot make appointments for the clinic. The receptionist is extremely rude and I’m not sure how she still has a job based on the mainly other 1 star reviews about her. I’m solely going to this clinic to get a referral but will not be going back.
