0 stars if I could!!! The reviews for this place are absolutely correct! Do not recommend you taking your child here. My sons provider Angel Guindo is amazing, when he actually shows for work. And the staff, instead of calling you and letting you know the provider is not coming, they just move your appointment to another provider that you don't know without calling you! This is happened twice now back in July, which they couldn't get me in until September for rescheduling it cause he's booked out and now again for this comin... read more
I had a pleasant experience here. The waiting room and exam room aren't posh, but they are clean and orderly (*which is important). The front staff was professional and accomodating. I arrived early and only waited 10 mins past my allotted appointment time (*that's a win). Dr Barrera and Arnita (*the MA) were friendly, personable, answered all of my questions and made me feel VERY relaxed. I was in and out of there within 40 mins. Unpleasant environment and very unwelcoming. You can tell staff members hate their jobs. Every time I would ask a question it would seem as if I was bothering them. I do not look forward to my appointments and I will be changing my provider.
Miss Olivia at the desk was very proactive and helped me register. I was able to be informed of a walk in location as well same day. I appreciate the consideration for my worry.
