I had a pleasant experience here. The waiting room and exam room aren't posh, but they are clean and orderly (*which is important). The front staff was professional and accomodating. I arrived early and only waited 10 mins past my allotted appointment time (*that's a win). Dr Barrera and Arnita (*the MA) were friendly, personable, answered all of my questions and made me feel VERY relaxed. I was in and out of there within 40 mins. Unpleasant environment and very unwelcoming. You can tell staff members hate their jobs. Every time I would ask a question it would seem as if I was bothering them. I do not look forward to my appointments and I will be changing my provider.

Miss Olivia at the desk was very proactive and helped me register. I was able to be informed of a walk in location as well same day. I appreciate the consideration for my worry.

Had emergency surgery and had to come to this place to see the surgeon that performed the surgery. Got early to the appt as they said for new patients waited 40 minutes in the waiting room to get seen by a nurse on a room then had to wait another 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Horrible what’s the point of having an appt if they gonna see you whenever they want. This place needs to be more organized.
