I have been using them for 25 years. They came for an emergency in 10 minutes. Had issue diagnosed and part replaced in 2 hours.
Legit the WORST, slowest, messiest service EVER. Not to mention how many times we have had to tell the workers to WEAR FACE MASKS in our home. They don't seem to understand the concept of getting a job done, getting a job done quick and efficiently. They're is no communication whatsoever and they also damaged and ruined our brand new floors that were just done, now we have to schedule to have our floors REDONE.
