Absolute ridiculous. Set up an appointment for a Friday after 3:30, which the window for the tech to arrive was from 12:00pm to 6pm. Friday's comes and around 1:30 had customer service call stating that 3:30 would be too late for a technician to come out but she would see when the next available appointment was. Set up an appointment for Saturday and the window again was from 12pm- 6pm, 2:05 received a text saying that the tech was on the way, around 3:15 I called the number that was given and the lady helped and put me thro... read more
Rick was fast and efficient! I got same day service without same day prices which was pretty amazing.
Justin was a ton of help and very knowledgeable. Same day installation and upfront pricing made the whole process a lot easier!
