Lady had a horrible attitude and my nails turned out awful.
I went yesterday for the first time. I had my nails dipped. The nail tech was filing my nails. She was so rough. I told her 3 times she was hurting me. to the point I jerked my had away from the pain. All she said was relax. I now have multiple cuts from the Emery board. I will not be back

I went in yesterday to get my nails done and sat there for an hour. they could've just told me no, but instead the guy "Henry" butchered my nails and at one point told me to "GO HOME" I paid 40 for horrible horrible job

Horrible I had the dip nails and the basic pedicure done the pedi was an awful experience the person that did my pedi was rough and and didnt say 2 words to me and my polish job was messy and he didnt even get all of the old color off the Dip well first all wrong color but ididnt say anythi g cause i was already flustered over the pedi but its a pretty color and that person acted like it was an inconvenient for her to do dip on my hands welp when that was said and done and also rushed my hand looked as bad as my feet Never a... read more
I had dip nails and a basic pedi done. I am not impressed and will NOT be returning. The space is small and cramped and not relaxing. The staff is not friendly and rushed. I think I had 10 words spoken to me and 7 of those were asking what services/colors I wanted. I can't wait to get home and clean up my hands. The edges of my nails are rough and theres polish on my hands! Dude doing my pedi couldnt even finish the job of putting my shoe on for me! It's just not the standard of professionalism I am used to. Never had a bad experience! Sam, Josey and ruby have always given top notch service!!!! Love going there to relax and laugh with them.
