We had our heating system serviced today due to some issues and wow how good that guys was. Brandon.K was a great help, very polite and respectful. He communicated with me well about ETA and didn't rush to just finish work, instead make sure he checked everything that needs to be checked. Well done mate, you're an asset for the company.
At last a plumber who knows what they are doing! Over the last 10 years I have had six lots of plumbers out to rectify plumbing problems at my house and none of them identified what the real problem was. McQueen Group came out and did a thorough investigation and have fixed the fundamental problems with my plumbing rather than doing bandaid fixes. They arrived when they said they would, they were polite and professional, and kept the site clean while they undertook the repairs.
Incredibly quick, and extremely supportive in helping to resolve a stubborn leak, with many factors making the job difficult. Brandon who was on site was able to keep me constantly updated, incredibly patient and very thorough work. Not to forget Michael keeping me updated every step of the way. Will definitely reach out anytime I have Maintenance needs urgent or not.
