Nice unit and very prompt and kind maintenance. Don’t expect to get any of your security deposit back. We specifically did not hang anything on most walls and fixed any tiny holes if we did. We did not hang a single thing in 1 of the bedrooms - yet $55 for each of the 4 walls in that room were deducted from our security deposit for “repainting.” Just an example of a deduction- there were loads and we left that unit spotless- I used to be a professional cleaner. I paid the deposit to separate the apartment 3 for June 11 of 2022. But when Bill McQuade from McQuade Realty, Inc. sent me the lease, I notice a weird rule about a guest staying more the 5 days I have to pay for each $500. So I decided to cancel the contract process with him, but I never was aware of this rule. I have called him, email him, a lot times, and he just don't want to give my deposit back!

in the year 2017 due to limited available of apartment in that area, we are forced to take it. make sure you document everything word in black and white before move in, the carpet was not even good to stay but end the tenure i have been charged carpet cleaning i would strong recommend not to opt this apartment.

I have stayed here for an year. My suggestion: better to look for other options in Dover. Issues: Apartments are very old and walls/roof is not insulated. You can clearly hear voices, sounds from neighbours. It's really hard to sleep peacefully. Maintenance is really bad. Don't expect deposit amount after vacating the house, they wouldn't contact/respond after moving from here. Few condos are infected with bed bugs.
