Their lab associates we’re trying to make me feel like I was an unhealthy person. They were also in a bad mood when I got there.
This has to be the worst clinic I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am diabetic and I can not get my meds. It has been over a week and my doctor will not refill my meds wth is going on I guess they want me to die. Please do not come here if you have high health risks they don't care obviously.
Place was clean and 99% of the staff are actually chill, I'll give them that, however, dentist was rude and tried to say that me and my little brother had cavities forming, when I went to another dentist however, she said that there were no cavities in my mouth. A HIPAA violation in the making. In order to get care you need to shout your ailment across the reception desk and then again at the window. People in the lobby can hear you. Receptionists lack basic empathy and will discriminate against you if you do not speak Spanish. Truly an unbelievable healthcare facility that deserves to be turned to rubble for dehumanizing experiences.
I have been a patient here for 13 years and if there were any other place I could go I'd be gone from here so fast. This place used to be SO good, but it is utter garbage now. They laid off my pcp and in the span of a year I've seen 4 different people (not by choice) because people keep leaving, so patients have to be reassigned over and over.
