Charged me 300 dollars for specifically asking to pick up a medical note from a previous visit that I ALREADY paid for. I specifically told the lady up front that I didn’t wanna be charged and she told me my business would already be paid for. Come to find out, two days later I get an invoice stating that I owe 300 DOLLARS! When I called them to discuss the issue, they told me that I was not able to “negotiate” anything all because I was evaluated in the back room the same day. Bottom of the barrel health care when actually provided
Waited over an hour and a half to give a urine sample and have blood taken. Watched 11 others get called who came in after me and I even inquired about the wait time just to be sure I was noticed and not forgotten about. Didn't matter.
A valuable resource for the community. Affordable health care!
They are more of an urgent care now then a doctors office. If you want an actual doctor office that seems to care go else where. So sad to see them go this way. They get rid of or force out all the amazing doctors who care. 15 minute appointments is expected of them. Good luck here
