This new system is absolutely ridiculous! In no way is this a sustainable way of doing things. People make appointments for a reason! Not only no appointments but you see a different person each time. So, now no one knows what is going on. This is truly a horrible lazy way of running things! I hope this doesn’t last!
Disaster. I've been coming here since 2012, and while it's been going downhill for a few years, it now probably can't get any lower. No more regular pcp, no more seeing someone who is familiar with you, and of course no more appointments, as though people can just waste their time any day of the week sitting around for hours trying to get seen (today it's over 2 hours... no, that isn't "ok"). Everytime I come in I have a new doctor because the last ones always end up leaving. The receptionist are always irritated at something and so they’re very rude or on their personal phones when I walk up and ignore me until they’re ready to deal with me. Ive called them out once before and told her that whatever she’s dealing with was no fault of mine so if she could please be a little kinder to me that would be great. My kids have been going to Steins kids clinic which is part of this clinic the people at Steins are amazing! But this location is horrible we have had to come here lately and the way they do things and the way they treat people are awful they do not care they dont do their job!! The lab is amazing staff but the nurses and the people that are suppose to be a doctor they are horrible!!!!!!! I try and try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but the never seem to amaze me by the lack of empathy the lack of respect and the younger females always have the ugliest attitudes! Takes 50 minutes to be seen it’s just an awful place
